a. Services and Billing- Demographic Update – INR 50/- each
- Biometric Update – INR 100/- each
- Document Scanning – INR 50/- each
All payments to our services are non-refundable.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
- Use the Services in a way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services, including transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems.
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
5. Content Ownership and License
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or upload to the Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana State, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, in accordance with the rules of the concerned Arbitration Organization. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
